Doug I used the gear generator program http://woodgears.ca/gear_cutting/template.html 26.00 for the down loadable version with free updates.

 I then made a gear 6.5 inches in diameter and a rack gear with the same pitch exported the dxf, and in cad drew the rest of the slide around the rack and cut it out I really like the gear program super simple to use.

 I have a bunch of other gear projects in mind for my spare time.

Installed a spring loaded locking pin and added solar electric, this trailer is my display at art fairs and craft shows electric is usually not available now we can run fans and smaller tools.

The panels produce 60 watts total in full sun they are hooked to a deep cycle battery through a charge controller currently I have a 300 watt inverter for 110 stuff and 12 volt high efficiency fans
