What was the new to you sprayable hard coat you used on the counter spy agents? Were you happy with? Love your blog!! Geoff

Hello Geoff! Thanks! The "hardcoat" is a product made by Evercoat called Slick Sand. I am very happy with it indeed. You definitely need a mask when spraying it as it STINKS. But, it's awesome. When we did the waterslide job, the vac molds were all 15lb HDU, with 3 coats of the stuff, and only 1 mold started to show signs of breakdown after 60 pulls. A few more coats would have solved it I'm sure. Easy as heck to sand as well. I'm coating everything that needs a durable seamless smooth finish with it as it's a SUPER hgh build primer! I dont think it was made as a hardcoat per say, but it sure works good on anything that isnt styrofoam. Jamie
