For the theme park project we are constructing each ride, attraction and building needs a dimensional sign. The owner of the project has allowed us to do pretty much anything we can dream up. This week we've been very busy. Here's the signs under way... and there's two more days yet to go this week! The router has been going steady and we are sculpting up a storm each day...

The signs were all routed from 2" 30 lb board and contain two layers.  I got two pieces out of each board...  two sheets of 2" and a half sheet of 1" in total for these three signs.  That would be about $2K or so.  The epoxy wouldn't run more than three - four hundred or so.  There's a couple of 24 hour days on the router.  Peter & I have two days each into the sculpting plus we had Sarah mixing for us.  Painting will add four or five more days of labor.  I designed them all in one day but the design would run $1K per sign.
