I don't cut a lot of Dibond, but when I do it seems very difficult for me to get a smooth edge. I usually use a 1/4" or 1/8" up spiral bit. It will usually leave a rough edge on the top surface that I either sand off or use a deburring tool on. Is this just normal? It seems that when I use a brand new bit it cuts perfect, so is it just a matter of making sure I have new bits when doing Dibond?
Thanks!

I see the same thing with upcut spiral cutters.  I do have clean results when I use a 90 degree V-bit for folding Dibond.

Maybe a 1/4 downcut bit would work better to produce a clean edge.
